Rap-Up.com || Nicki Minaj Gets Dolled Up for Fashion Week

Nicki Minaj spiced up New York Fashion Week with yet another show-stopping outfit. The Harajuku Barbie looked like a real-life Barbie doll while soaking up the fashions at the Prabal Gurung runway show dressed in a pink and purple bra, tulle skirt, patterned leggings, and blue heels, accessorized with a giant pink bow and pretzel necklace. The M•A•C spokeswoman turned heads while seated front row alongside model Elettra Wiedemann.

“Ok so the new Prabal Gurung collection is to die for. Just left his fashion show. Gagging,” she tweeted. “My lovely date John Demsey of MAC was adorable!”

Totally respect the fact that you like the outfit.. i mean.. like you said “everybody likes different things”.
The thing is that there is a time and a place for everything, and I think thats where Nicki loses by dressing like this.
I think this is cool for photoshoots, cd covers, videos, concerts, (Hell maybe even a normal day)
I do however lose respect when she shows up like this to EXTREMELY IMPORTANT things like awards and things of this nature. (Same as the rappers who think is cute to show up with a tank top and jeans).
I find it extremely tacky and classless to think this is acceptable or cute for such events. Hoped that explain where im coming from a little better!
