I remember that day like it was yesterday. I was in Spanish class when my school principal came over the announcements and said their was a terrorist attack. I’ll always remember that moment. I was 13 when it happened and I remember not really grasping it until I got home from school and turned on the TV and saw all the chaos. To this day when I see footage, it seems so unreal. It’s like something you wouldn’t even expect to see in a movie. So scary…R.I.P. to all those that we lost.

Lool jay-z’s tweet is like he’s not even bothered. Bet he would have had more to say if he was talking about his money or bitch #SMH a big Hov fan but for a man who can express himself on such a level with words he could have said a bit more in my opinion.

You leave tramps like Nicki, Lil’ Kim, Rihanna, Beyonce, Gaga, and take innocent lives. This is so wrong in so many ways.

@Disgusted, Wow! You really need to ask the lord for forgiveness if you are wishing death on others whom you do not even know personally.

9/11/01 was the day that changed the world. I was only 3 years old and can vaguely remember driving to a creek with my mom and dad, and my dad doing a u-turn and I started throwing a tantrum and my dad said to me, “We can’t go today because some idiots are blowing up buildings.” I had absolutely no idea what he was talking about until I really learned about 9/11. I heard the phone calls of those in the building and on the flights and remembered feeling heartbroken for them and their families. It really makes you think….we complain all the time about things that seem silly a yer or two later such as not wanting to do something or a break up….and think of if you were in that building on September 11th, 2001. On the 105th floor, trapped in a room, and no way out unless you fall when the building collapses or jump out of a window. Then you would really have something to complain about. R.I.P. to anybody that died trapped in the buildings, to all of the clueless passengers on the planes, and all of those who died helping out. 9/11 was a horrible day indeed and we will never forget.

I’m glad I was immature while it happened cause I would be sooooo nervous so RIP to those who could not make it out

I was 11 & to be honest it wasnt until my mother’s death last year when i made a connection to 9/11… I had seen footage from 9/11 in a journalism class & it shook me to the core… The part that got me was when we heard ppl’s bodies hit the ground. Even on a projector they sounded like gunshots & it was then that i realized that someone lost THEIR mother than day! I had seen footage before (when it first happened) but this was different. I was older & I understood the concept of what had happened. Such a tragic day! 9/11… ALWAYS REMEMBERED!!!! R.I.P to all of those who lost their lives & to those who died heroes.

I was in 10th grade when it happened.I can’t believe it, but it still feels like yesterday sometimes. I can even smell the fall air. I remember it was a perfect sunny, cloud free, peaceful warm day. Now when every September comes around and its a warm, sunny, quiet, peaceful day I think of that day. I saw someone say their principal came over the loud speaker, that is what happened for me too! I was saying good bye to my boyfriend and heard something about “trade centers” had no idea what he was even talking about. Then got into my classroom and the teachers had on the tvs. That’s when I took a seat wondering what was happening. It seemed like chaos. We caught the news and watched both planes hit. When the first plane hit I thought it was just an accident. I also thought helicopters were going to rescue the people at the top, and everyone was going to be fine. Boy was I clueless. but we all were. When a 2nd plane hit and then the first tower collapsed we gasped, everyone’s jaw hit the floor. Its was the most worst yet memorable day I’ve ever experienced. RIP to all victims. God Bless the survivors and the families of lost loved ones.
