Rap-Up.com || Ashanti, Pharrell, and Estelle Named Most Stylish New Yorkers

The stars stepped out in style as Us Weekly honored its 25 Most Stylish New Yorkers with a chic rooftop celebration at PH-D at Dream Downtown during New York Fashion Week. The magazine’s annual list included familiar faces from the worlds of music, showbiz, and sports. Ashanti bared her chest in a flower-printed blazer, Estelle shined in a red and black gown, Pharrell showed off his funky shoes, and The Roots’ ?uestlove drummed up attention in a plaid blazer.

How is this “Most Stylish New Yorkers” again, when of the four they mentioned, only Ashanti’s a New Yorker?

1. Pharrell is from VIRGINIA.
2. Estelle is from LONDON.
3. ?uestlove is from PHILADELPHIA.

Neither of these three cities are New York…next thing you know, they’ll be letting men compete for Miss America!

Ashanti looks fantastic….when are we going to hear some music……Congratulation to your song making the “Dreamhouse” soundtrak…my apologies, correction congratulations to your still unreleased single “Never Too Far Away” song to be the title song to the movie and soundtrack of “Dreamhouse” I will go and see just to hear your song.

If you people know anything Ashanti of course had to leave Murder Inc. along with all the other people, this lady is a writer and she has her own company now so all these people calling her a “HAS-BEEN” & calling her “DESPERATE” should seriously study the FACTS ! This woman is making her own little money…can’t say the same for these hatters who do NOTHING with their lives !

@Huh? You’re absolutely right! Ashanti “has been” sitting back living her life. This chic got more than the average. I respect anybody who respect themselves. She’s one of a few celebs that other women can look up to. She doesn’t represent herself in a negative way and for that reason alone, I would always admire her! Yes, you’re entitled to your own opinion, but have you considered that she could care less about what you think. I’m pretty sure she has a million haters, so adding you as another 1 doesn’t make a difference. That just means she now has a million and one!!!
