Rap-Up.com || J. Cole Steps Into Elle Varner’s Colorful World in New Video

Singer-songwriter Elle Varner kicks it with hip-hop’s newest success story J. Cole on the set of “Only Wanna Give It to You,” the Pop & Oak-produced single from her upcoming debut Perfectly Imperfect, due this fall on MBK Entertainment/RCA Records.

The 22-year-old “soulwriter” models a vibrant wardrobe as she tries on shoes in a boutique (as a patient Cole waits), hits the streets, and rides in a yellow Jeep Wrangler with her girlfriends. The Orson Whales-directed video will premiere on Tuesday, October 4. Get your first look right here.

@Lil C, i love her music too but diamond is reaching. no artist since 2005 has gone diamond, diamond in the US is 10 million, i hope she atleast goes platinum 1 million.

I was a production assistant for this music video! We shot it two weeks ago in Brooklyn. It was a 20 hour work day but I was a big part of the production! I can’t wait to see the final edit on Tuesday!
