Following his big debut at Paris Fashion Week, Kanye West showed his support for fellow designer Riccardo Tisci at the Givenchy spring/summer 2012 show on Sunday. Yeezy delighted in the company of supermodels Naomi Campbell and Chanel Iman, who walked in his runway show. Tisci designed the album artwork for Jay-Z and Kanye’s Watch the Throne.

Mr. West’s new womenswear line, Dw by Kanye West, has been receiving mixed reviews from fashion critics, saying the collection lacked substance and that some of the clothes didn’t fit the models.

“There’s something about fashion design that makes untrained people think they can do it, too,” wrote The Wall Street Journal. “Never mind the years of study and practice it takes to create Azzedine Alaia or Alexander McQueen, whose designs reveal that a few millimeters of fabric is the difference between excellent and also-ran.”
