New Music: The Weeknd – ‘Initiation’![]() The Weeknd turns distortion into art on his latest release “Initiation.” The Canadian singer puts his girl to the test, commanding her “ride it out” with his haunting vocals layered over a chopped-up beat. Are you up for the challenge?

It’s fresh, but I’m not really feeling it just yet. This type of distortion-thing he’s tryna pull off just needs a little more molding. It’s a breath of fresh air, though.
