They’re back! The boys of Day26 return with “Made Love Lately,” the first offering from their upcoming album A New Day. The “Making the Band 4″ stars are down to four members—Robert, Brian, Willie, and Michael—after Que left the group. They’re no longer on Bad Boy, but remain with Atlantic Records. The only thing that bothers me about that sneak peak is Brian still has no hang time. His hair has been same length since MTB. But other then that can’t wait to see what else they got going on.

I like this song a lot… I hope Atlantic can do them better than Bad Boy. I really like this song. I plan on buying this song when it debuts on iTunes though. Que had a nice voice but he was all drama, and they sound fine without him nonetheless I hope he is successful on his own.

I didn’t know if Day 26 would make it to 2010, they strugglin for real, but i don’t think they’ll be a memorable band. The only way their name might show up in anyones mentions is because of diddy.

I like how they try to say that Que left the group, when he was given a letter stating the group would be moving on without him. I don’t know if they’ll sound good as a group anymore without the blending of all their voices, and the star appeal has diminished quite a bit. If they want to be back on top they have to get the right producers for every track they make.

They sound amazing on this song, this is definitely a step in the RIGHT direction. The vocals are completely on the money and they sound amazing together. I retrack my statement, and I want to say that I think they’ve never sounded better.
