Wale marked the release of his sophomore album Ambition at J&R Music World in New York City on Wednesday (Nov. 2). Wearing a Bob Marley T-shirt, black vest, and knit beanie, he greeted fans and signed copies of his CD, which is expected to sell 170-190,000 copies in its first week.
Later in the evening, he performed at a concert with special guests including Meek Mill, Miguel, French Montana, and Ne-Yo.
“Epic night..now I can sleep!!” tweeted his Maybach Music boss Rick Ross.
