Mary J. Blige will reminisce with fans and give them a peek into the future with a concert celebrating her iconic album My Life.

American Express, in partnership with VEVO and YouTube, has announced that the Queen of Hip-Hop Soul will be the latest performer in its popular livestream music series, “American Express Unstaged.” Adam Shankman, who cast Mary in the upcoming film Rock of Ages, will serve as director.

The Grammy-winning diva will take the stage at Club Nokia in Los Angeles on Thursday, November 17, for the live concert broadcast at 11 p.m. EST on VEVO. She will sing material from her 1994 breakthrough My Life and sequel My Life II… The Journey Continues (Act I), due November 21.

“We’re going to do the first My Life in its entirety—really make it something special,” Mary told The New York Times. “And once we’re done with that, we’re going to do some of My Life II.”

Additionally, Mary has scheduled three other intimate shows for this month including Oakland (11/11), New York City (11/23), and Atlanta (11/25).
