Off with their heads! Lady Gaga literally slayed with her performance on “The X Factor.” The pop superstar emerged from a confessional with a decapitated female body attached to her as she perfomed her latest single “Marry the Night” with her dancers. She ditched the prop midway and continued the religious-themed set wearing a lacy leotard.
Gaga said hi to “X Factor” judge Kelly Rowland and teased of her upcoming tour. “I just finished designing the stage and it’s bigger and better than ever,” she announced.
@Yeah, aww she said hi to kelly rowland..that was so sweet and genuine. such a nice gesture..love her performance. normal is boring…well done mama monster
was this a performance or a public ceremonial offering? lmao no seriously, jk. The song is great but i didn’t like this set i liked the EMA set up better when she was on the moon in her circles and stuff. OH and yes the headless manequin holding her singing head is creepy.
The no-head part was kind of unnecessary and I didn’t get it but when she came out in the end looking normal, I thought she looked great. That’s the best she’s looked on stage since her Pokerface days IMO.
@dkfhsk, I agree. I watched the “Monster’s Ball” on HBO and didn’t really have high expectations, but she can certainly perform. There’s no doubt about that.
In all of this time she just reminds me again and again why I couldn’t get into her. If you don’t respect religion/faith then LEAVE IT ALONE. Don’t use it as a prop. As a Christian who has friends of all religion (even atheist friends), we have mutual respect for people’s beliefs (or lack thereof) and don’t offend. That is why this female continues to lose with me. Her fashion is a plus & she’s talented, but on this point I smh. Spitting on a person’s faith is not cute, whether you share it or not. And no matter what she may state to the contrary, she does exactly that. Why comment? Cause that’s just the mood I’m in.
@From Tokyo, I’m not really religious at all but I agree with you to some extent. I mean, if I was religious I don’t think it would really offend me but still, I think Lady Gaga knows that this is a touchy subject and she continues to push it down people’s throats. Then again though, some people say religion is art and there’s various forms of expressing it.
@From Tokyo, No matter what faith you are, famous or not, we all have the right, and it is smart too, explore our religion. Gaga is Catholic and I find her very pro-Catholic, in a very contemporary way. Atheists would not be interested in these probs but Gaga is discussing, and not dissing her own religion. I support anyone in any faith doing just this.
@mike, I’ve never seen a headline of her leaving a hotel. I’ve seen headlines of her falling flat in her face with those heels. She isn’t that photographed either. No one is checking for her the way they do for the likes of Britney.

@diego,
I don’t think she needs to do this to do headlines, she makes headlines leaving hotel. she does this for the fans.
