Jennifer Lopez spread her wings and flew during her show-stopping AMA performance. Sporting a leopard print dress, the newly single star put the pedal to the metal with “Papi,” promoting the Fiat 500 that also appears in her music video. She stripped down do a barely-there glitter suit, joined briefly by Pitbull for “On the Floor,” where she held court between men on stilts and shirtless backup dancers. She earned a standing ovation from the crowd and picked up the award for Favorite Latin Artist.

Jlo can look sexy, but she’s such a famewhore, I just find her annoying. The beginning part was directly pointed to the Papz for her recent breakdown. Why can’t she just sing and dance without creating stupid headlines. Plus, her recent BF-Casper White- (dancer) was right next to her while they performed. Coincidence? I think not. Nice Publicity stunt move Jennifer ;) lol

she did slay, and her vocals were on point, and her ability to go into emotions and out of it is clearly her acting chops, but this was obviously a Frank Gatson choreographed, saw Beyonce spirit all over it.

J-Lo murdered that, she’s re-ignited my flame of love and respect for her with that performance, she put emotion, choreography, vocal talent, and everything into it. This performance just proves one thing: the award should have gone to the choreographer, not to JL; without all the acrobatics and eye candy moves, ass contortions and props, her songs are just stock night club dance music. Just one more reason to better appreciate and enjoy true talent (more Adele, anyone?)

Now 10 years later she became the new big thing (well, actually Beyoncé is already loosing her star power these days if u see how terribly her last single flops…), but now she grew a lot and doesn’t need to copy J-Lo anymore!!! Love this performance so much. Jennifer Lopez is really one of the best performers we have these days. Britney can’t dance, Katy Perry can’t dance and Rihanna only can shake her titts…
