Rap-Up.com || Chris Brown Splurges on Hollywood Hills Bachelor Pad

Chris Brown is moving on up to a $1.5 million mansion in the Hollywood Hills. The 22-year-old singer scooped up the 2,473-square-foot bachelor pad after vacating his $1.6 million West Hollywood condo following complaints from his neighbors.

The 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom multi-level crib is perched on a narrow street high above the busy streets of Hollywood and is outfitted with its own elevator and two-car garage, where Chris parks his $200,000 Lamborghini Gallardo. Other features in the “transparent party house” include a two-story living room that looks out to sweeping canyon views, sleek Italian-crafted kitchen, and swimming pool and jacuzzi that light up with the flick of a switch.

“This is a much better fit for Chris,” a source told Radar Online. “He won’t have to deal with pesky, nosy neighbors or parking issues. Chris is much happier at his new house.”

@COMMANDEROFTHEDANCEFLOOR, he has a house in VA. And from what I can tell during his ustreams it’s huge with tons of land. He said he already barely stayed in his condo as it was so I guess this house will be the same thing. He just doesn’t wanna pay hotel bills anymore LOL.
