Ludacris adds fuel to the fire with the visuals for “Bada Boom,” the controversial cut off his mixtape 1.21 Gigawatts: Back to the First Time. A female is seen learning about beef on the Internet while listening to famous diss records from Biggie, Tupac, Jay-Z, and Lil’ Kim, before breaking down in tears. She gets enraged as the song goes on, pulling out a gun, while Luda calls out his younger peers, namely Drake and Big Sean.

“Counterfeit rappers say I’m stealin’ they flows, but I can’t steal what you never made up, bitch/ Y’all some duplicate rap cloning ni**as/ I manufacture you hos/ Put on your makeup, bitch,” he rhymes on the fiery record.

I believe Ludacris is one of the most underrated, greatest rappers of this generation, and when Ludacris is at his best, Ludacris can be just as great as your favorite rapper. Ludacris has a deadly flow, there is no question about that. Ludacris needs to focus more on making great music, and not dissing Drake and Big Sean. I don’t believe Drake and Big Sean are the two greatest rappers in the world, I can name at least 10-40 rappers who are better than Drake and Big Sean. Right now, Drake and Big Sean are more relevant than Ludacris. Ludacris has been focusing more on movies instead of music over the last copule of years. I didn’t like Big Sean’s Finally Famous album, but Big Sean had at least two hit songs off that album. Love him or hate him, Drake’s Take Care is the best hip hop album of the year with the exception of Section 80 and Watch The Throne. Drake has made more critical acclaim albums than Ludacris over the last two years. Drake has sold more records than Ludacris over the last two years. Drake has had more critical success and commerical success than Ludacris over the last two years. I believe Ludacris is a better rapper than Drake and Big Sean, but Drake and Big Sean have had more success than Ludacris these last two years. Ludacris hasn’t made a good album in a long time, Ludacris doesn’t even have an album that I think is a great masterpiece. Ludacris can diss Drake all he wants, but Drake won’t respond because Drake knows he can’t beat Ludacris in a freestyle, and Drake is busy selling his music. I like Ludacris, but when it comes to music right now, Drake is considered one of the top ten best mainstream rap artists right now.

all point are valid. luda beasted this diss yes. should drake and big seans comments been ignored..maybe. yes luda is the shit and his lines go hard and he is/was top of the game. his name can go up there with jay, nas, kanye, and such…. however the game is the same when it comes to come backs and rivals but the actual dynamics of hip hop have changed. it happens. look at old school rap verse what we grew up with(luda jay nas ti) and that is becoming the new old school and todays generation is drawn to the newbees. drake is a beast. he learned alot from the vets tho and is putting his own on it regardless of the meaning behind it and if he is actually talking bout anything. its selling. people go crazy for it and if you stack up his sucess next to ludas first years he is above him. whether he will have the longevity to stack up to as well we shall see but luda has years drake doesnt but its not to say he wont as fast as he is coming. if he falls off the grid in a few years then we know who won. its not a battle that can be won with a few back and forth disses.
