Rap-Up.com || Lil’ Kim Readies EP for Holiday Release

Lil’ Kim has a present for her fans this Christmas. The Queen Bee is planning to drop an EP just in time for the holidays.

The raptress took to Twitter to make the announcement. “For the Holidays I’m releasing a 5 song EP for yall as a preview of what’s to come in 2012 & so on 4rm Lil’ Kim :) !!!!!” tweeted Kim.

In a previous interview with DJ Kay Slay, Kim said she will announce a new record deal during the first week of January, with an album to follow.

Her buzz single “I Am Not the One” was officially released to digital retailers earlier in the week. Listen below.

This song is not good. I feel like her voice and the beat of the song are not on the same tempo. Also! Why do people attack other people personally when they say how they feel about the song? That is childish! Grow up! Also! I am tired of Lil Kim talking about people in records. We understand that you are upset with Nicki Minaj, but make other songs! this is better than her other stuff just released but why is her voice deeper than usual. Something I’m not feelng with the vocals. But this sounds more like an intro to an album. I think people want to hear female rappers take a more feminine approach. These days you gotta decorate the tracks a little bit more to keep these ppl interested.
