Rap-Up.com || Nicole Scherzinger Debuts New Song on ‘X Factor’ [Video]

Nicole Scherzinger battled nerves before taking the stage before her fellow judges on Thursday’s “X Factor” results show. Dressed in all black with her hair in a ponytail, the Hawaiian hottie debuted her new single “Pretty” off her solo debut Killer Love, due next year in the U.S.

Nicole belted out the booming mid-tempo production, sharing her frustration with a man who couldn’t see past her beauty. “I don’t know why I put up with you, can’t believe I am nothing but pretty,” she sings.

I liked the song. She really does have a great voice, with tons of range. I don’t think pop is working though. That performance made me feel like she could do a blues/rock kind of thing. I think she should stick to that kind of music. with some soul. I think she’d do better. I’d buy that kind of music from her. But yeah, I liked this performance.

That was really nice. She’s really talented and can pretty much sing anything well, but I think she’s still struggling to find her sound or the sound that’ll sell records. I don’t think she should return to the XFactor though, she comes across kinda fake and her pointless comments are tired. Good luck to her though.
