Young Jeezy headed to Hollywood to promote his new album Thug Motivation 103: Hustlerz Ambition on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” The Snowman stormed the stage twice, delivering something new and old. First up, he performed a medley of “I Do” and “Lose My Mind” before taking it back with his 2005 hit “Soul Survivor.” Let it snow.
