Fresh off performing in Times Square on “Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve,” Justin Bieber unleashes a new song for his Beliebers. The teen sensation and his pal Jaden Smith wish their fans a “Happy New Year” on their rap-sung collaboration. The Biebs is scheduled to hit the studio with his fellow Canadian Drake later this month to work on his upcoming album Believe.
