J. Cole welcomed 2012 in New York City’s Times Square by performing on MTV’s “NYE in NYC 2012.” Sporting a Kith x Pendleton varsity jacket, the Roc Nation rapper gave the stage a “Work Out” with his Cole World hit single as revelers danced along. Roc into the new year with J. Cole.

Much better than the crowd that was on 106 & Party. Half of the audience looked like they didn’t even want to be there.

I agree this was a dope crowd!!! Everyone seemed to be feeling the song and they knew the lyrics!! It’s a fun song though.

You can hit the break to preview the new track, osdnus like Cole going ham over a beat which is what I want to hear on the album not that watered down pop mess like Work Out.
