Rap-Up.com || Rihanna Sells Beverly Hills Mansion for $5 Million

Rihanna is moving on. The “We Found Love” singer has sold her mansion in Beverly Hills for $5.03 million.

According to the Los Angeles Times, the Beverly Hills Post Office-area home went above the asking price of $4.5 million. However, the sale price was substantially less than the $6.9 million she paid two years ago.

Rihanna is hoping to recoup some of her loss in a lawsuit against the previous owner and broker after the house suffered significant water damage following a “moderate rainstorm.”

The listing described the house as a “major fixer” with “extensive damage from moisture and water intrusion” at the roof, windows, doors, and balconies. Despite the condition, the property had four offers.

The 8,520-square-foot modern home features eight bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, a media room, den, three fireplaces, and a pool. The three-story estate sits on over three-quarters of an acre.

You when you tell a lie what happens. Rihanna Navy stated when Rihanna first purchased the house that it cost 10 million. Then I read that she paid 7.5 million and now this price. Oh yea the 10 million dollar price was all in the papers. A lie always brings out the truth. People starving and no jobs around and people are sleeping in a shelther.
