From one mother to another. Jennifer Lopez offered her best wishes to new mom Beyoncé on the birth of her daughter Blue Ivy Carter. While conducting press for the new season of “American Idol,” J.Lo gave a special shout-out to B.

“The best part of her life is about to begin. I just wish her the best. I know she’s gonna love it and be a great mom,” the mother of twins told “ET.”

Her fellow “Idol” judge Randy Jackson also congratulated the new parents on the addition to their family.
