Like Paris Hilton and Kim Kardashian before her, socialite-turned-singer Amber Rose forays into music with her debut single “Fame.” The 28-year-old “overnight sensation” gets some help from her boyfriend Wiz Khalifa on the introspective tune.

“This is a very personal song to me that I wanted to record for my fans,” explained Amber. “I want people to see the world from my eyes, you know, from BEHIND MY SHADES! It’s my interpretation of what it means to be ‘FAMOUS,’ which is not something superficial but instead being self-confident and happy with who you are.”

It’s better than Kim Kardashian’s song, but we all know that Kim knew damn well that she could make some serious money off of a horrible song. I think Amber Rose actually feels like she’s truely talented, which makes the whole thing kind of sad. It’s worse than mediocre, but it’s not the worst I’ve ever heard.
