Rap-Up.com || J. Cole to Shoot ‘Nobody’s Perfect’ Video with Missy Elliott

After making major moves in 2011, J. Cole shows no signs of slowing down. According to Video Static, the breakout star will shoot a video for “Nobody’s Perfect,” the third single off his Roc Nation debut Cole World: The Sideline Story. The North Carolina native is teaming with director Colin Tilley (Chris Brown, Diddy-Dirty Money) for the clip, which will co-star his collaborator Missy Elliott.

Cole World! One thing I like about him is he doesn’t have gimmicks and don’t go for shock value like tattooing dead people who you NEVER met on you and dissing those who been in the game longer than he has with longevity.

09.26.11 at 5:25 pmtrillaits crazy to see how far j cole has gone. Im from NC and when i first rttsaed listening to j cole nobody knew who the hell he was. Then jay-z gave him a co-sign & everybody n their momma was a cole fan. as far as his album being a classic, I don’t know about that. it is a really dope album. maybe even album of the year but i don’t think its a classic. BTW, you should have told cole his shirt looked fucked up during the interview. not on no gay ish, but just let the brotha know his shit was lookin fucked up. it’s the least you could have done after he gave you an interview.
