Rihanna was a show stopper in a glittery Givenchy gown while walking the red carpet at the BRIT Awards 2012 in London on Tuesday (Feb. 21). The blonde pop starlet picked up the award for International Female Solo Artist for the second year in a row, thanking her fans for their continued support.

“At times when I feel misunderstood, my fans always remind me that it’s OK to be myself and I’ll never forget you for that,” said RiRi while accepting her award.

Weren’t the BRIT awards taped last Monday? and today is Tuesday the 21st so these pics wouldnt be available yet (if it hasn’t happened yet) if the show was being taped tonight, right? Am i right or wrong? :/

@SdotB, no its live in the uk right now there ahead of the u.s. by a couple hours so like if its 3pm in america its 8 or 9pm in uk i remember cause i watch the uk xfactor every year
