Whitney Houston’s Daughter Bobbi Kristina Breaks Her Silence to Oprah

Whitney Houston and Bobbi Kristina

Whitney Houston’s daughter is speaking out. Three weeks after the tragic death of her mother, the 18-year-old sat down with Oprah for an intimate interview to air later this month on OWN: Oprah Winfrey Network.

The media mogul traveled to Atlanta earlier this week to speak with Bobbi Kristina along with Houston’s sister-in-law/manager Patricia Houston and her brother Gary Houston. The interview will air as a special episode of “Oprah’s Next Chapter” on Sunday, March 11, at 9 p.m.

In the special, Bobbi Kristina shares personal memories of her mother and how she would like the pop icon to be remembered. Those closest to Houston also address the rumors and speculation surrounding her death.

“Remembering Whitney: The Oprah Interview” will re-air prior to the special at 7 p.m., featuring Oprah’s last in-depth conversation with Houston on “The Oprah Winfrey Show” and her personal memories of the singer.

I’m really gonna need for her to close that Gap!! I’m sure she’s gonna get alot of money since Whitney passed, now its time to get braces and close the Gap. Maybe it helps with the Drugs? I dunno, anyway. I’m ready to see this circus Lol.

@RomanReloaded4/3/12, If she’s comfortable with the gap why are you worried? I think she’s a beautiful young woman. Even tho you’re talking specifically about her there could be another girl reading your comment who looks similar to her and that could make her feel sh*tty. Don’t be hateful.

Can’t wait to see! Side-note: I pray this child don’t be a disappointment to her mother life and work, and the Houston family. I see this child getting with her father and acting a fool.
Again, I hope this don’t happen, so no need to get add your negativity to this comment.
P.S. I was hoping no one would do an interview so soon after the death, but I guess three weeks is long enough. Oprah have respect for Whitney. Can’t wait to see Sparkle and the excellent soundtrack which Whitney contributed too.

I think it’ll be a good interview. I think Whitney embedded a certain amount of class in her daughter but I do think her daughter saw a lot growing up but she’s a beautiful intelligent young woman. I think she has a good head on her shoulders in spite of it all. I think she’s hurting tho. The media made her mothers life hell they should just leave her alone. She didn’t ask for this life. Everybody makes mistakes if you’re not willing to look past the mistakes of others you’re not deserving of mercy & forgiveness.

@manyLova, So agree, she talked about MJ so bad on her show, and then years later going to interview his mother and kids…his brothers was against it. Now she wants to exploit this young woman for ratings for her garbage ass network that nobody his watching! If she cared anything about Whitney…she could have waited, the woman isn’t warm in the ground yet and she is already trying to get her paws on her daughter!

Oprah has always shown whitney love. She was the one who gave her the title of ‘The Voice’ which she is. I expect her to take care with Krissi who is very fragile right now.

Whitney loved her and she loved her mom and adored her. I’m most interested in what Krissi has to say then Ms. Cissy. Everyone else can bounce
