Rap-Up.com || Bruno Mars Parties at the Playboy Mansion

Pop playboy Bruno Mars chilled with the original playboy, Hugh Hefner, at the Playboy Mansion. To celebrate his cover of the magazine’s “Sex & Music” issue, the Grammy-winning singer hosted a celebration on Tuesday night.

Celebrities including Britney Spears, Cameron Diaz, and Chris Martin partied while Bruno and his band performed covers of Aaliyah’s “Rock the Boat,” Kanye West’s “Dark Fantasy,” and a mash-up of The Police’s “Roxanne” with Jay-Z and Kanye West’s “Ni**as in Paris.”

Haha lucky him! His set was great though, everyone was praising him on Twitter! I think everyone from Atlantic Records went to the mansion :D His performance is on youtube :)

@melina, Loads of celebs were there, including Estelle, Gwenyth Paltrow, Chris Martin, Jeff Bhasker, and many other musicians…It was just a concert/gig that many industry people went to (and many others were posing with the bunnies too lol). All his friends and band-mates were there as well, so it was just a bit of fun!

@Jenny, Actually, his album was praised for having a wide variety of styles, and unlike many other artists, it contains elements of many genres. You might not like his mainstream hits, but check out Liquor Store Blues (reggae), The Other Side (contemporary), Our First Time (R&B), Runaway Baby (Motown-sound), Talking to the Moon (ballad). He has written and produced for so many different types of artists including Cee-Lo Green (e.g. Forget You), Brandy, Lloyd, Adam Levine, Adam Lambert, Matisyahu, K’naan, Natasha Bedingfield, and all the songs made were great, and were not repetitive. Plus, not only is he a talented vocalist (he was signed to Motown Records), but he’s a multi-instrumentalist as well. So you can kindly stick your opinion where the sun don’t shine!

@Jenny, repetitive HA!!! The only things “repetitive” about Bruno Mars are his continuous hits and non stop awards !! Seriously what do u listen too?? Lol he also wrote for Brandy, Flo rida,Damien Marley, NERD,lil Wayne, B.O.B, Travis from gym class here’s, is now in the works with Justin beiber,Taylor Swift, Adele, John legend….
I could go on but I dont think its needed.. But seriously this is the most versatile musician writer prefomer in our generation. Oh and 10th man EVER to grace the cover of playboy .. Open ur eyes clean ur ears and get used to it. Bruno Mars is NOT going anywhere .. @Watcha_Sayin I totally feel u!!! =)
