K’naan and Nelly Furtado Perform on ‘Ellen’

K'naan, Ellen DeGeneres, and Nelly Furtado

After hitting up “The Late Show with David Letterman” last month, K’naan linked up with fellow Canadian Nelly Furtado on Thursday’s “Ellen DeGeneres Show” to perform their triumphant collaboration “Is Anybody Out There?” off K’naan’s EP More Beautiful Than Silence.

The Somalian rapper’s third album Country, God or The Girl is due May 1 featuring Bono, Nas, and Keith Richards, while Nelly is readying T.S.I., the follow-up to her 2006 English-language album Loose, for the summer.
