Chris Brown takes it nice and slow on the steamy “Sweet Love,” one of two new singles off his fifth album Fortune, which drops May 8. “I want to know your body/ Tonight is the night that I change your life,” croons Breezy over the Polow Da Don-produced beat. His other single, the hip-hop-geared “Till I Die,” features Big Sean and Wiz Khalifa.

@Jerry, Are you deaf? This sounds nothing like any of Drake’s music. And oh by the way no one is ‘completely’ original anymore. Drake’s producers were heavily influenced by Kanye West’s 808 & heartbreak beats. Thats why yeezy was mad at Forty. Do your research.

@Monkeyman, i didnt say the beat… i said the filter effect… dumbass. learn to read.
on an unrelated note: “everyone took from some one” is not a free pass to being unoriginal with you art. im tired of people ripping other people off and then tryiing to justify it by using the played out cliche “no idea’s original” – that is not a justification for unoriginality. stop being lazy.

Almost all his RnB songs are about sex. This is sub par to what the other male RnB artists are doing right now, but I am sure it will get a lot of play on the radio

@ILoveIt, CO-SIGN, SPEAK YOUR WISDOM FOR ALL TO HEAR. Hes not the old Chris anymore. Yeah, its cool to have a couple songs like this about sex, but almost every song Chris has put out in the last year has been about sex! … how lame.

@plz stop singing this song, Yeah, its about sex, but to me it is MUCH milder than No Bull and even Wet The Bed. This is actually pretty good! And I can see this slaying Urban radio. I am so excited for this album, I think its really going to have a little bit of everything. Also, Chris Brown is GROWN now, not the 16 year old talking about young love. Of course he’s going to sing about GROWN things, not walking and holding hands..I mean he’s in his twenties.

@Misty, Right and I understand that too, hes older, sex plays a big role in 20 year olds lives. and I also agree with this song probably going very far, its very good. I just wish he wouldnt make err song about sex. That gets tired and boring

@plz stop singing this song, But he also makes a lot of meaningful songs on that are not about sex. For example: Open Road, All back, Next to you, Should have kissed you, Beautiful People, How I feel, Up to You and many more. Even tracks like ‘She aint you’ had a deeper meaning even tho he mention sex, the songs has deeper layers.

@plz stop singing this song, 1st off – R&B is a sex based genre. ‘Baby making music’. To say there is too much is pointless and doesn’t make sense due to because that’s what R&B is about. Love & Sex.
2nd – He doesn’t just speak of Sex, let alone Love. – Beautiful People, Yeah 3x, Look At Me Now, How I Feel, Turn Up The Music, Champion (Chipmunk), My Last (Freestyle), & Etc…
3rd – Chris Brown has been rapping for about 2 years now. I’m sure he does it so he may use different subjects considering R&B doesn’t let him say what he needs to fully, in the right way. Listen to ‘How I Feel’ & ‘Real Hip Hop Sh*t’. Just released the 4th video to that recently.

It was alright to be honest maybe it needs to reminisce in my mind a little more.I am worried about the freaky talk on his songs even though this doesnt have heavy sex lyrics but I hope he doesnt misjudge his female fanbase by putting out sex songs all the time.
May 8th I still part with my cash though.

@ILoveIt, Damn took the words right out my mouth. Ive been saying this for awhile now too. Chris appeals to such a wide audience that he should be a bit mindful of who is listening and who he wants to listen to his music. Songs like this only last for so long bc there are so many of them. When you’re out on the dance floor and a true classic like “Fortunate” or “This Woman’s Work” comes on, its oozes sensuality in a way that only great bedroom songs can. So I guess what I’m saying is when you write a song about sex, dress it up and allow the listeners to discover what is youre singing about, instead of lick lick it and girl get naked, lol!

Look this song… Is nothing like when he was younger. I love Chris brown always have always will. His music dirty or just a sweet love song always knows how to hit home. I doubt he is trying to gain back the fans he lost from back in the day. He wants to show everyone he is different and is a grown man. This is nothing like Drake I’m sorry but Drake and every other artist can kiss my ass. He has talent but not like Chris. Chris is in my eyes the upcoming king of pop, r&b. If u don’t think so listen to ALL his music and you’ll see. I respect him soo much for everything he’s done. I can’t wait for the album. And then I can’t wait for the fan of a fan #2 mixtape with tyga and im sure there will be at least 2 more mixtapes and ill have it all. A fan has every song even if he don’t like it. Not saying there’s a song I don’t like but if there was I would still have it.
