Jennifer Lopez fires up the dance floor one more time on her brand new single “Dance Again.” A year after releasing her chart-topping hit “On the Floor,” the 42-year-old diva rekindles the magic with Pitbull and producer RedOne.

“If this would be a perfect world/ We’d be together then/ Only got just one life this I’ve learned/ Who cares what they’re gonna say,” sings a carefree J.Lo over the pulsing synth-heavy rhythm.

After dropping Love? on Def Jam last spring, J.Lo has followed L.A. Reid back to her former label Epic Records where she will release her next album. The video for “Dance Again” will premiere April 5 on “Idol.”

The Pitbull parts sounds hotter and more current than the Jennifer one, her verses sound a bit late.

On the floor was hotter than this, not sure how this will work… lets see what happens

I feel like parts of this song are a bit under performed. I liked On the Floor better. But I have to agree with whoever said it before me… I still miss ol Jenny from the Block. This dance scene belongs to Rihanna.

Her and Pitbull are a good match. I agree though, I like “On The Floor” a lot better but this song still has the ingredients to be a big hit. Jennifer Lopez isn’t a spectacular artist but I’ve always appreciated her music. It’s fun and catchy and I actually think she’s a good performer. “Love?” was a hot album IMO.
