Janet Jackson is looking slim and trim these days. The 45-year-old singer, whose weight has fluctuated over the years, unveils her svelte figure in a new television ad for Nutrisystem, the home delivery weight-loss program.

While Janet is celebrating her weight-loss success, she won’t say exactly how many pounds she has lost. However, Nutrisystem previously claimed she shed 10 pounds in a little more than a month.

@SMFH, Look over her career. Her weight has ALWAYS fluctuated and she’s always tried to maintain it. The Control era, she was a bit husky and then slimmed down until you saw her balloon a bit in a few scenes of Poetic Justice. But in 2006, she ballooned to 180, which is heavy for her size. Read her book True You and you’ll see some pictures.

Will always love Janet. I’m glad she’s capitalizing on her previous weight issues but it is time for a new album. Her team should be prepping music to go along with all this free promotion! What better than a summer tour to show off her body? #imjustsaying! The #1′s tour was incredible c’mon Janet MUSIC MUSIC MUSIC already lol

The picture is photoshopped (who’s pictures aren’t photoshopped these days?), but the video is STR8 Up! It’s not stretched. It’s not like she had a whole lot to lose anyway.
