Don’t be ignorant. She’s throwing shade to the industry as she feels like she isn’t being taken seriously enough when she doesn’t feel the need to come around with GIMMICKS to sell herself.

She’s real rap. Better than anything I’ve heard from Iggy Azalea THUS FAR.

I understand the concept; I just don’t think she pulled it off very well. She’s not being noticed properly because she’s not different and her voice is ugly. She can spit, but she’s just like all the other female rappers out their showing off their bodies and talking about “how hot” they are. Take a page from Nitty Scott’s book and put some clothes on, and play up the fact that you’re a student at a university. That’s something you have that no one else does. Sheesh. I need to be a manager.

@hot sauce, Well yeah, if you compare her to a porn star rapper then she’s definitely ‘not really showing her body.’ But I just saw something where she was in a bikini top and booty shorts. In this industry, image IS everything. So switch up your look and play up the university student role. It’s different. And also, get a vision/write a mission statement. Then be consistent with it. All this she’s doing now … I’ve seen it before.

Seen it before, yes! heard it before, No! There is something about the way she spits that sets her apart. But she did have a decent amount of clothes on in this video. You are totally right though about the university student thing, if i was her manager, we would already have a video shot on her university’s campus, she would have a varsity jacket on with a nice plaid shirt underneath with a messenger bag, some skinny jeans and a pair of chucks. Top it off with some nerd glasses and maybe we will have something that people pay attention to. Rap about having to finish your homework b4 going to party or the nice boy you met in the lecture. :)

Yo she’s dissin Iggy Azalea!!! Notice the XXL mag with Iggy on the cover, and the chorus which says “Right now he’s probably slow dancing with a bleach blonde tramp” She’s saying she loves and hates Hip-Hop at the same time. Right now she hates it because Hip-Hop is giving it’s attention to the wrong girl (in her opinion) which is the bleach blonde girl- Iggy…When she (Brianna) deserves the attention.

No millionaire you know has a professor but what’s wrong with being the first one. Brianna is witty with is and her lyrical prowess is dope. It’s just hard cuz all the other female rappers out are more hype than real talent. Hype is hard to kill unfortunately.
