Lil’ Kim opens up about her connection with God, life, and music on BET’s inspirational program “Lift Every Voice.”

“I think in this industry, people lose it,” said the Queen Bee. “That’s because they’ve probably never had a connection with God, and if they do have a connection with God, they forget to put him first.”

The spiritual rapper shared her advice for others who are going through a rough time. “At the end of the day, believe in something and always try to stay positive. We’re not perfect so negative is gonna peek in and the devil is gonna play and dance with you sometimes. But as long as you keep God first…”

A quick glance at her whole history and discography, past and present, show that she’s completely apart from anything related to God, always has been and still is. There’s no change, no repentance, no single tangible sign of any experience with God whatsoever.

We all mistakes and noone’s perfect, but I hate when celebrities flash out the names of God, Jesus, whatever, just for some promo and to win over some Christian buying power.

Jesus said if someone loves Him, they’ll do as he says. Real simple. Kim’s entire career, image and message goes against everything Jesus stood for.
