SWV represents for the ladies on “Do Ya,” an upbeat female anthem off the ’90s group’s first album in 15 years, I Missed Us, due April 17. The hip-hop-flavored track kicks off with a “yummy” verse from “Marilyn Monroe” rapper Brianna Perry, while the R&B trio pens a kiss-off letter to their exes and move on with their lives. “I’m the best thing that ever happened to you,” sing Taj, Lelee, and Coko over the clapping beat. Listen to their liberating collaboration below.

I’d rather En Vogue make a comeback. And the old school sample doesn’t work for me…

It makes me think of “Next Level” by Mary J. Blige Feat. Busta Rhymes. I think “Do Ya” is a catchy song. the first time I heard it, i became a fan of it. I think it will be a great song for the summer. They need a great creative video to back it up.
The CD is amazing. It’s really worth buying. I think they are one of the many music artist that are trying to bring true R&B music back, and make it mainstream. I wish SWV much success. This is kind of off subject but, their comeback should NOT be based on their age, or that they are a 90′s has-been. It should be based on them making good music. Music is universal and “ANY” age person should have the opportunity to express themselves musically.
