Rap-Up.com || Rita Ora Covers Destiny’s Child’s ‘Say My Name’

Rita Ora put her spin on Destiny’s Child’s classic “Say My Name” during the Cartier Juste un Clou after-party in New York City on Thursday. Although Beyoncé was watching from the audience, the blonde bombshell didn’t show any signs of nervousness as she tackled the 2000 hit.

B, who is good friends with Rita, has given her feedback as she records her Roc Nation debut. “She’s helped me out a lot. I try to play things and get her opinion,” Rita told Rap-Up TV of her famous friend. “To have one of the inspirations in your face while you’re doing your first album is just like what.”

Rita will be a success just like anybody else who had the money,power,talent,drive and marketing super team behind them. I remember when rihanna first came out nobody gave a damn about her she was called a wanna be beyonce and a bunch of other stuff and it wasn’t until Umbrella that she found her niche set herself apart from everybody else and is where she is now. Same will happen with Rita. People always shun you until you prove to them why you deserve to be where you’re. I wish nothing but the best for rita.
