Rap-Up.com || Lil Wayne: Skateboarding Has Changed My Attitude

Lil Wayne is enjoying his acceptance in the skateboarding community. His new hobby has given him a new “attitude and alliances.” “I’ve become friends with the most funnest and coolest people,” the Young Money boss tells “MTV’s Hip Hop POV” for an episode that airs Wednesday at midnight.

But he still has love for his “rap friends.” “I would pop a bottle with you guys any day,” says Weezy. “I would make it rain with you any day, brother.”

He adds, “But these kids that come from the skate world, it is so different and so awesome. I can just let it all be. I don’t even wear jewelry no more.”

There is no problem with stepping out the box and branching out to new things . Hopefully Wayne can fine some new inspiration when he raps.

Let us not forget that the dude hardly ever had a decent childhood. It’s not uncommon to see adults trying to relive that period of their life.

I don’t think he’ll ever be as creatively twisted as he was 5 years ago, for various reasons, but you can really feel he’s at peace today. Good for him.

It’s cool that hes doing something else. Money doesnt fulfill everything. If he has peace with himself then I’m all for it. Im sure after doing a bid, most smart people would change the people they hang out with also.
