Rap-Up.com || Mariah Carey Hits the Studio with Rick Ross

Mariah Carey got bossy with Rick Ross during her trip to Miami this week. The pop diva, who previously collaborated with Rozay on the remix to “Touch My Body,” hit the studio for a recording session with her Def Jam labelmate. They were joined by Jermaine Dupri and DJ Khaled.

Ross is expected to announce a new single and release date for his album God Forgives, I Don’t any day now. He has been in the studio with Jay-Z, Dr. Dre, Swizz Beatz, and Timbaland, among others.

Mariah has been working with Jermaine Dupri and Randy Jackson on her first album since 2009’s Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel. She will fly to Paris later this month to celebrate her wedding anniversary and the first birthday of Dem Babies before her show in Ischgl, Austria, on April 30.

I can’t wait to hear the song. If this is for rick’s album then Rick Ross may have some great feat. songs on this i mean Rick Ross feat Mariah, Rick feat. Future & Ciara, Rick feat. Jay-z. This album is probably gonna be his best.

I can see these two making some magic together. I’m hoping Mariah’s new CD will have a good amount of mid and uptempo records on it as her ballads, while they can be enjoyable, are getting a bit stale.
