Following the release of his dance floor-ready single “Scream,” Usher teams with Rick Ross on “Lemme See” off his upcoming album Looking for Myself, due June 12. The seductive burner, which will be available on iTunes on May 8, was produced by Jim Jonsin and written by Usher, Eric Bellinger, and Lundon “Da Bridge” Knighten.

@tgod, No its not. It’s mainstream. That’s why we can’t skip over this electro/dance phase. because there are people that choose to buy that over different things. He needs to take more chances like this. DARE TO BE DIFFERENT!

@iListen, And while I agree with that sentiment, that doesnt take away from the fact that Scream is a good song. It has that Usher signature stamp on it that OMG failed to have which separates the two.

Great song, not gonna lie. But Usher obviously has no creative direction anymore. It’s like Flo-Rida shit everytime.

After reading some of these comments, I actually thought this song was gonna be trash…After hearing it, it’s another classic hot Usher joint…there’s nothing wrong with this track at all…I guarantee u this will be a summer smash hit!! So far I’m feelin the singles he’s been coming out with…this reminds me a little of “Lil’ Freak ft. Nicki Minaj”, which was also my joint.
Good job Ush Ush, I will def be supporting you as always!!

thought i was listening to lloyd or trey songz for a second, this hints ushers decline in creativeness. although, this song is still good, but for usher GOOD isn’t ENOUGH. his climax song might just be the climax of his whole album. i hope im wrong about that though…

Nice. I’m probably the only one that likes this and “Scream”.
What I see in Usher is that he’s evolving. He’s versatile and can switch up on you. He’s catering to every market there is. Right now, the money is on the Electro market. That’s why he made “Without You” & “Scream”. Yet, he still stays true to his roots with “Climax” and “Lemme See”.
Usher is not stationary, he’s evolving and moving forward. That’s what some listeners need to do as well.
My music taste is evolving and moving forward just as quick as Usher. That’s why I’m loving the music he’s been dropping lately.

It’s not a bad song but it sounds like a rip-off of Kelly Rowland’s “Motivation”. I know that this song and Kelly’s were produced by the same producer but Kelly’s song came out over a year ago. Jim needs to update his style if he wants to stay relevant.

And that song was the best off RVR, IMO.
