Rap-Up.com || New Music: Cassie f/ Young Jeezy

Cassie sets the sexy mood on her new ballad “Balcony,” produced by Rico Love. “We made love on the balcony, right there in New York City,” coos the Bad Boy singer. Young Jeezy adds a raspy verse to the track, which can be found on her upcoming sophomore album and the Syndicate RnB 12 – The Syndicate & DJ Five Venoms mixtape.

Cassie is readying the follow-up to “King of Hearts.” “It’s more of an in-your-face, tougher Cassie,” she said of the Jean-Baptiste-produced single.

This track is cool as fuck, just like Cassie. I dig her whole vibe and the lane she’s trying to carve out for herself. And it is true, she is reminiscent of a modern day Aaliyah. Before some of y’all go getting crazy, she will never be on that level, hell, no one ever will, but stylistically, I see it. Thumbs up.

I’m mad cause this song would sound great with Drake Cassie’s voice matches Drake’s rap and singing style. Her music has yet to have its own style I have been checking for her music for a minute. Ryan Leslie and Pharrell would really take Cassie to a higher better level than me and u, but this song is okay it sounds trendy its just needs Drake not jeezy
