Rap-Up.com || Usher Performs ‘Scream’ and ‘Climax’ on ‘SNL’ [Video]

Usher made his third appearance on “Saturday Night Live” this weekend. In addition to appearing in an “SNL Digital Short,” the R&B crooner thrilled with performances of his new dance-pop single “Scream” and chart-topping hit “Climax” off his upcoming album Looking 4 Myself, due June 12.

To be clean singing falsetto is very hard. He had some pitchy moments. Kudos Usher tho. Very hard song to song.

He killed climax Idk why some ppl was acting like he was shit, da only part dat was bad was when his voice cracked when he said “I’m on my knees” but other than dat he did a great job

Great performance. They were both hard songs to sing…first the dance song and the second was singing falsetto the whole song. I could feel the emotion in the second one even if it wasn’t perfect.

…but Usher is a vocalist. An experience one at that. He should have done better on that falsetto on Climax. He can do better. He is not a Trey Songz or any other mediocre talent who struggles. He is more than able to improve. But overall he did ok. Its his ability to perform that gives him a pass plus his overall tone and vocals
