New Music: Ludacris – ‘Jingalin”

Jingalin'

Just in time for summer, Ludacris shakes things up with his strip club anthem “Jingalin’,” the first single off his upcoming album Ludaversal, the follow-up to 2010’s Battle of the Sexes. The bass-heavy banger, which samples LL Cool J’s “Jingling Baby,” was produced by hitmaking duo Da Internz (“Birthday Cake,” “Dance (A$$)”).

“Time to start puttin some summer/club/sexy lady energy out there,” tweeted Luda of the in-your-face record.

I’m not feelin it….and I’m a huge Luda fan. Da Internz’s production is starting to sound so repetitive all of their songs sound the same.

@Speechless, I agree with you on the Da Internz’s production. Luda killed it though but it’s not his best I agree. Maybe it has to grow on you

@Speechless, as a true Luda fan u notice that Luda kills the other trax on his album more than the singles he puts out, this sound like an attempt to sell more than what he would usually do but I like it, my ears hurting already from the bass

The beat and Luda don’t match.
He can’t unleash his flow right on the beat.
Producers gotta know who to work with as well as
artists need to know who’s beats they are best with.
