Rap-Up.com || Album Cover: DJ Khaled

DJ Khaled has money on his mind on the cover of his sixth album Kiss the Ring. Due August 21, the star-studded follow-up to 2011’s We the Best Forever features the single “Take It to the Head” with Chris Brown, Nicki Minaj, Rick Ross, and Lil Wayne.

“History will be made with the biggest features ever,” teases Khaled in the promo clip. Watch below.

Give him respect, a producer with 6 albums and commands some pretty big features… Not many producers who talk so much can get that…

@dreincharacter, Lets get this straight. Dj Khaled is NOT a producer. Look at all his album credits he doesnt produce any of the songs on the albums it is other producers mainly being The Runners and Cool and dre . This guy simply sits on his ass, calls artists to be on his songs, producers give him the beats, the engineers mix the records and he talks at the beggining saying “We The Best Forever” Listennnnn. Im not hating either that is the truth

For me to buy this album, there has to be several conditions:

1. Trick Daddy has to have at least one appearance.
2. Pitbull has to have at least one appearance too.
3. Same for Trina
4. And Paul Wall
5. Matter of fact, make it predominantly Miami-Dade County artists
6. Fat Joe needs to have at least three appearances.
7. Khaled needs to bring back his Beat Novacane persona and MAKE BEATS again.

In short…Khaled needs to Kiss The Ring himself, ditch these YMCMBrats and go back to the TERROR SQUAD! He ain’t been worth jack since he left…

Im just dumbfounded at the fact that this guy doesnt even produce beats for his own albums, just calls other artists, producers, picks songs and talks on records. I mean come the fuk on his labels are wasting money on this guy when the budgets can be given to another artist who has actual talent. He releases an album every single year, his albums dont sell, he gets credit for the songs that are Hits off other artists. That is sad.
