Rap-Up.com || Fantasia and Jordin Sparks Perform on ‘American Idol’ Finale

Fantasia returned to where it all started on the season finale of “American Idol.” The Season 3 champ turned heads in a sequined gown with flowing hair as she posed with actress Jamia Simone Nash, who played a 10-year-old Fantasia in the 2006 Lifetime biopic Life Is Not a Fairytale: The Fantasia Barrino Story. She joined eliminated finalist Joshua Ledet, nicknamed “Mantasia,” on a duet of Elton John’s “Take Me to the Pilot.”

Another “Idol” alum, Jordin Sparks, arrived with her boyfriend Jason Derulo and belted out the show tune “You’ll Never Walk Alone” with Hollie Cavanagh.

Fantasia isn’t that big, she could stand to lose about 15-20lbs…. The ending of this performance was way too much screaming, Joshua can sing but he needs to learn how to sing a pop/rock song differently from a gospel song, you can’t sing every song like its a gospel, but they definitely brought church to AI.

LOL. that is not Fantasia’s daughter. That is singer and actress Jamia. She played the young Fantasia in her lifetime biopic and she’s working on her debut with Harmony from BlackOut Entertainment.

They’ve been working with Fantasia on her new album.

Fantasia who! I thought it was terrible and she looked terrible. I actually wanted to puke. It sure turned eyes but I am not sure it was the eye turning that she was looking for.

I just saw Fantasia in GA this past weekend and she had the long hair and all but she looked GREAT!!! I think the makeup and that dress were just too much together… and don’t get me started on that jumpsuit. I hate those things on ANY woman. I think she should’ve worn to AI what she wore to the even she had here because she was looking the best I’ve seen her look EVER.

Fantasia looks amazing in my opinion. Sometimes getting a little thicker is a good thing but she still has that voice! Jordin looks amazing and I love her and Fantasia’s hair !

She looks OK but that dress is a MESS!! It is ill fitting, which is not helped by her poor posture/posing. The fabric looks VERY cheap and whoever made the dress didn’t have the good sense to line up the pattern so that is looked sleek and uniform. It’s an unfortunate, homemade wreck on an otherwise attractive and talent woman.
