Rap-Up.com || Ciara Is Red-Hot at the MTV Movie Awards

Ciara turned heads in a red Balmain dress with rings upon rings at the MTV Movie Awards at the Gibson Amphitheatre in Universal City, Calif., on Sunday. The blonde singer was there to promote the Adam Sandler comedy That’s My Boy. Wiz Khalifa and Amber Rose coupled up and Janelle Monáe kept cool and classy in a black-and-white suit before heading inside to perform “We Are Young” with Fun. The Miller family, Romeo, Cymphonique, and Master P, also made the red carpet rounds. Check out more arrivals below.
