Rap-Up.com || Azealia Banks Splits with Manager Troy Carter

Only two months after signing a management deal with Lady Gaga’s manager Troy Carter, Azealia Banks and the music mogul have parted ways.

In April, the “212” rapper announced that she had signed with Carter’s Atom Factory, whose clients include Gaga, Mindless Behavior, and Greyson Chance. In a statement released to Billboard.biz, Carter confirms that he is no longer representing Banks.

“I can confirm that I ended the business relationship with Azealia last month on very amicable terms,” said Carter. “She’s incredibly talented and I wish her nothing short of an amazing career.”

The New York Daily News reported that Banks had signed with Coldplay manager Dave Holmes, who she is rumored to be dating, but Billboard.biz says Banks is without management and is seeking new representation. A source said Holmes is not a potential candidate.

Banks released her EP 1991 earlier this month and is working on a mixtape Fantasea, due July 4.

Its funny how people view her as an artist who’s been in the industry for long. Her career just skyrocketed in one night and yes, she is in fact a ‘little girl’…she just turned 21!! She still has A LOT to learn.

Immma just laugh at all these haters because their probably Kim, Minaj, Iggy, or uneducated people who only see her for how she makes headlines. You ever gave her music a good listen? Probably not or you have poor taste because her critical acclaim is off the walls due to her TALENT.

You didn’t post your specs. How much RAM, how many CPUs (and what speed), and how much moemry? Please also post the moemry consumption (RSS/VSZ) of each server.Also, it would have been useful to rate for each module the quality of documentation (Twisted’s, for example, exists but is abysmal), whether it supports generic TCP connections easily, and whether it supports SSL and peer certificate authentication.
