New Music: Hit-Boy – ‘Jay-Z Interview’

Hit-Boy

After producing for everyone from Jay-Z and Kanye West to Rihanna and Kelly Rowland, Hit-Boy steps out from behind the board and grabs the mic on his debut single “Jay-Z Interview.” The “Ni**as in Paris” hitmaker, who can be seen in Kanye West’s “Mercy” video, reflects on his rise to the top on the B!NK-produced track.

In the accompanying video, Jay-Z invites him on stage at the “Watch the Throne” tour stop in Paris and Kanye dubs him the “golden child.” The clip also features footage of him working hard in the studio and enjoying his success, with appearances from Big Sean, A$AP Rocky, Kid Cudi, Tyler, the Creator, Fabolous, and more.

@XO till we overdose, Hit Boy doesn’t sound like Just Blaze. It’s not his production btw, this dope shit is from B!NK, one of the great producer of the Jay-Z’s blueprint Album. Hit boy is talented on his own lane
