Rap-Up.com || Behind the Video: The OMG Girlz

The OMG Girlz hit the beach for some fun in the sun in the playful video for their new single “Where the Boys At?” The R&B trio, dressed in their colorful clothing, showed off their personality and dance moves while taking direction from Star’s mother Tiny.

“I really wanted to capture a fun summer video,” said director Bryan Barber, while Tiny added, “It’s all about having a big party.”

T.I. and the rest of the Harris household stopped by the set to make sure the girls didn’t get into any trouble.

I liked the song when I first heard it but I wasn’t sold on it as a single. But I think the video treatment is going to give it a good boost. I LOVE that TI and Tiny are very involved in their direction and not making them look like over-sexed teens to appeal to the wrong ppl. They look like average teens who are just having fun and I wouldn’t have any aversion to my little cousins listening to their music and watching their vids. I’ll be checking them out.
