Chris Brown drums up anticipation for his fifth album Fortune with a suspenseful commercial. One of the younger members of Team Breezy walks through an abandoned warehouse, dodging shadowy figures before pulling a glowing cube from his knapsack. The mysterious object unlocks a secret code, which reveals Chris Brown himself. The singer quickly disappears into dust, leaving behind a copy of Fortune and an awestruck fan.

The album will probably do well in first-week sales but it looks like it will eventually flop in the long term. Turn Up the Music was the only hit in the US. Sweet Love, Till I Die and Don’t Wake Me Up flopped! And releasing Oh Yeah and Calypso on iTunes even though they’re not songs from Fortune. Their marketing campaign is messy! They should do an iTunes countdown to Fortune, releasing many songs from the album as promo singles.
