@cali kid, she has dropped original material before…. she dropped Dark Red Lipstick, the song with Kid Ink called Lick It and she also dropped an original track with Wiz Khalifa last week called Gettin To It. She’s doing what most artists do when they are not mainstream yet. She’s remixing songs and releasing new original material.

cant even front she is super dope. at first i didnt wanna give her chance because of her video modeling career but as a rapper she is seriously perfecting her craft and proving her lyrical prowess. she is def needed to balance out the female hip hop side of things.

@Joohn, True. I mean Nicki is nice too. But every female rapper cant be Nicki. I like the fact LoLa is riding her own lane and choosing to go the route she’s going. Nicki has more of a Pop influenced sound which is cool. LoLa has more of a grimy hip hop sound which is also cool. I wish people would respect every artist for whatever they have to bring to the table and stop comparing so much.

@TheNakedTruth, Yea LoLa is a beast on that mic. She the type of emcee who tells stories and paints scriptures when she raps. But at the same time i dont want her to get caught up in proving that she is lyrical. hopefully she can find a way to balance it all out. i agree she needs to do more fun ubeat songs like that song Lick It with Kid Ink and Dark Red Lipstick too something to get people’s attention.

@MinajRules2012, she’s the first Her. Nicki’s concept of rapping is on a more pop level and that’s not a bad thing just callin it how it is. There styles of rapping differ. The closest to Nicki in 2012 would be dat Azealia Banks girl.

This is a very dark track and, unless you have lived that life or a still living it, it feels more like a movie. I don’t live that life, so I can’t relate, but she is not playing. I thought her last freestyle was a bit weak, so it’s nice to see her come back with something dope. Liked it.
