A$AP Rocky

A$AP Rocky has settled on a release date for his album. During a radio interview, the Harlem rapper revealed when his fans will be able to get their hands on his much-anticipated debut.

LongLiveA$AP will arrive on September 11 via Polo Grounds Music/RCA Records, he told Mina SayWhat on Philadelphia’s Power 99.

“I feel like this is my best work yet,” said Pretty Flacko. “It’s like LiveLoveA$AP matured. It’s everything that I did on the prior tape, but just better, matured, and more advanced.”

A$AP has been in the studio with heavy-hitters including Pharrell, Swizz Beatz, and Kanye West, but insists the project will be more like his 2011 mixtape LiveLoveA$AP. “The album is not about the celebs,” said Rocky, who co-stars in Lana Del Rey’s “National Anthem” video.
