Justin Bieber opted out of the couch and hit the stage on “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno” on Wednesday. You could hear the screams as the 18-year-old heartthrob performed his single “Boyfriend,” showing off his fancy footwork and swag that earned him the nickname Lil’ Swaggy from collaborator 2 Chainz.

His new album Believe has become the year’s biggest debut after selling 374,000 copies in its first week, according to Nielsen SoundScan.

@REM, Bieber is only on this site because of his popularity and association with other “black” artist, not to bring up skin color, but if rap-up is going to cover a certain pop artist, they should include all,from JB to Gavin Degraw
