Rap-Up.com || Keyshia Cole Performs ‘Enough of No Love’ at ESSENCE Festival

Keyshia Cole commanded the stage with a soulful set on the first day of the ESSENCE Music Festival in New Orleans on Friday. Dressed in white, the blonde songstress had the mostly female audience nodding along as she performed her new single “Enough of No Love” for the first time live, mouthing along to Lil Wayne’s verse.

“Do you guys like it?” she asked the crowd at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome. “That is the very first time I’ve performed that song.”

Keyshia’s fifth album Woman to Woman is due later this year.

Ciara,Ashanti, and Brandy need to take notes. This is how you promote your singles. Keyshia has shot her video, performed the single and put it on iTunes immediately.

@The-Truth, Its not the artist it has to do with the Label puting out the money and there things that need to happen behind the scenes in order for major label singles to make it on itunes etc. Ashanti is in a different situation since shes independent which means shes paying for everything, no major label to pay for her music videos, singles, tv promotion, etc. So honestly the artists you mentioned need to take notes from Ashanti since shes the one who has broken records, sold 15 million+ albums worldwide and has her own record label.

Keyshia She BEEN Made Her 15 Milli Mark With “A Different Me” And “Take Me Away” Was The Actual Last Hit Single. People Need To Give Kc Her Props For Her Artistry If Not Nothing Else! She Writes Majority Of Her Own Music And She Sticks Out From The Rest Not To Mention She’s The Most Beautiful Singer With/ Without Make Up. Think about It! She My Favorite Singer, I Love Her!

Actually we all know kc has her own record lable &best believe if she didn’t put in no foot work the lable would not be pushing her at all &if u didn’t know kc payed out her own money 4the ain’t thru video kc has sold about 8milli not including how much woman 2 woman will sell &u have 2factor in investments &touring &indorsements ashanti living off residuals… Kc got residuals liquid assets &still making new money Ashanti cant fuck w/ her…. In the past I didn’t like Keyshia but no one can deny that she’s not a QUITTER. And I will say she’s came back harder than EVER! She has a great lead single and a strong team behind her this time. Ashanti is independent but Keyshia has her own label as well, so what does that make her? Exactly! Brandy, Cisra and Ashanti could take notes. It’s not an insult because they all are talented, but it’s the truth . I’m definitely buying the album and I bought the single on iTunes. Congrats Keyshia and Welcome back Princess of Hip Hop and Soul #muchmuchrespect
